"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease." Thomas Edison
About Dr. Jones
Dr. Jones is not your ordinary chiropractor. With a unique perspective on healing born of a wide range of mainstream as well as unconventional knowledge and techniques, Dr Jones brings something special to chiropractic. Treating her patients - both adults and children - with respect and loving attention, she listens not only with her ears but with her heart. With a penetrating intellect and a fool proof sequence of analysis, she is able to unravel complex health problems. Attention to detail distinguishes her from many in her field. With a refined sense of touch and healing hands, her passion is for guiding patients toward balance and whole body healing. Dr Jones is very proud that her son tells her, "Mom, you're not just a chiropractor. You're a healer."
Dr. Jones is pleased to have been part of an elite nationwide group of chiropractors, Doctors4Entertainers, who adjusts performers using NeuroCranial Integration as they tour across the United States. The musicians find they are more focused and fluid on stage from the adjustments, as well as recuperate faster between gigs. Dr. Jones had the pleasure of working on the rock band America, Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant, and numerous Smooth Jazz artists including Peter White, Nick Colionne, Gerald Albright, Brian Culbertson, Mindi Abair, and Jesse J.
In November 2007, Dr. Jones was interviewed on the live internet talk show “Chemical Free Living”, where she shared with the audience how dramatic healing can often be achieved without interference from medications and their possible side effects. Dr. Jones also enjoys sharing information about natural living and wellness with the general public through presentations to support groups, service clubs, and small businesses.
Dr. Jones grew up in Miami, Florida and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In January 1999, she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. She is a licensed chiropractor in the states of Arizona and California. Dr Jones feels she was divinely guided to become a chiropractor and, as such, holds herself to an exceptional standard of care for her patients.
“11 years ago I was in a car accident that caused many injuries to my body and my life, much physical pain in my back, my hips, my knees, even memory loss. Every one of these problems & even problems I didn’t realize until I began to see Dr. Jones have made unbelievable progress from the very first visit over a year ago. And are still improving, making my life feel so much better. In my accident my body was wedged in between the door and center console. I was cut from the vehicle and spent thirteen days in a coma from bleeding in three areas of the brain. I spent two and a half months in the hospital and the next six months or longer in out patient therapy at Health South. Fractured my hip on the left side in two or three places, my collar bone on the right side, my head was sliced across the back from one ear to the other, my front three top teeth were broken in half and my mouth was cut badly from three broken teeth.Ten years after, I came to see Dr. Jones and from the FIRST visit I began to physically and mentally improve. My memory immediately began to improve. I constantly repeated myself, writing everything down, and relied on my GPS to get everywhere no matter how many times I had been there before - now I hardly use it. I began to lose weight. I started sleeping SO much better. I can stand, sit, and just move much better. My energy increased much. I became much more comfortable and confident in ME. My range of motion in my body improved. I stopped smoking about a year after I started seeing Dr. Jones, started working out twice a week with trainer and still am. And now I POP out of bed in the morning.”
